The production capacity.
At present manufacturing capacity of the plant can produce up to 50,000 pieces of electrical equipment in a month. The high technological level of products provides ”HELZ” Ukrelectromash ”promptly carried out the modernization of production.
All products are manufactured on high-performance domestic and imported equipment from Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, using advanced technological processes.
The company has a closed production cycle, consisting of: forging, foundry (casting non-ferrous metals under pressure in the mold), mechanical, winding, assembly, painting, testing and packaging industries.
Site provides its own tool design and manufacture all the necessary production tools: dies, molds, special cutting and measuring tools and equipment. Because of this, of ”HELZ” Ukrelectromash ”has a distinct competitive advantage in the performance of complex orders for special designs of electric motors.
The company also has its own scientific base - Special Design Bureau, which is the parent organization for certification and routine tests, not only in Ukraine but also in CIS and Baltic States.
