PRINKOM, PRYKARPATSKA INVESTYTSIYNA KOMPANIYA, PRJSC

Transcarpathian Investment Company ”Prinkom” started its activities in 1994 and for 10 years worked as an investment company and brokerage.

For the purpose of investment activity in the same year was created Closed mutual fund ”Prinkom-Fund” which allowed to attract privatization property certificates and invest in leading industries. Participants in the fund are more than 35 thousand citizens of Ukraine.

Adopted in 2001, the Law ”On Joint Investment Institutions (Unit and Corporate Funds) and in 2003 the Law” On Private Pension Provision ”Investment Company discovered new opportunities in asset management of collective investment and asset management of private pension funds.

Under the new legislation in 2004, reorganization took place Precarpathian investment company ”Prinkom” in the Asset Management Company and Mutual Fund Mutual Fund investytsiynoy diversified interval. The company subsequently expanded its activities and obtained a license to the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market AB № 113226 for asset management of collective investment and asset management of private pension funds. Since 2005, the company manages assets of Open pension fund ”Prykarpattya”.

Since 2004 the Transcarpathian Investment Company ”Prinkom” is a member of the Ukrainian Association of Investment Business.

Since 2007, the company is managed by another fund - mutual fund ”Prinkom-balanced.”
