Our company specializes in the manufacture of high-precision castings using HTS technology. We cast cast iron, steel, aluminum and brass, work according to PDF drawings and 3D STEP/STP models, select the optimal alloy for the specific technical requirements of the customer. We ensure stable quality, geometric accuracy and control of each stage of production.

Our HTS casting services:
- Casting of cast iron using HTS
We manufacture serial and individual parts for gearbox housings, frames, covers, pump equipment. We work with grades SCh20–SCh25, design and manufacture model equipment to order. We accept drawings in PDF and STEP/STP formats.

- Steel casting according to the KhTS
We cast structural steels of grades 25L–45L for critical components: power housings, pump housings, parts with increased requirements for strength, heat resistance and impact toughness. KhTS matrices ensure accuracy and surface cleanliness.

- Aluminum casting according to the KhTS
We produce aluminum castings AK12, AK5M2 for housings and covers of industrial equipment, fans, gearboxes, machine-building structures. Lightweight, corrosion-resistant, with a smooth surface and minimal processing after casting.

- Brass casting according to the KhTS
We produce brass housings of valves, fittings, and fittings for engineering systems. Special attention is paid to tightness, quality of internal channels, stability of geometry and accuracy of threaded zones.

- Design and manufacture of model tooling
We develop model tooling for HTS casting of cast iron, steel, aluminum and brass. At the design stage, we take into account shrinkage, allowances, tooling life, requirements for accuracy and stability of serial production.

Our Ukrainian foundry ”Littechprom” specializes in the manufacture of high-precision metal castings using modern HTS technology (cold-hardening mixtures). We cast cast iron, steel, aluminum and brass, ensuring geometric accuracy, dimensional stability and minimal allowances for machining.
