Our services: From installation to overhaul
We offer a wide range of technical work for gas stations and oil depots:
- installation and repair: turnkey construction of gas stations, installation of equipment, overhaul of fuel dispensers (TRK) and fuel truck units;
- TRK service: repair of liquid meters (ShZhU-25, PPO-25, ShZhU-40, PPO-40) and restoration of fueling equipment;
- work with tanks: cleaning from oil sludge, flaw detection, full inspection and production of technical passports of tanks;
- metrology and calibration: calibration of tanks (geometric and volumetric methods), calibration of pipelines;
- weighing equipment: maintenance, repair and preparation of truck scales for state verification;
- thermal insulation: professional installation of insulation on heat carriers with a casing (aluminum, stainless steel, galvanizing).

Gas station equipment: New and refurbished
We provide facilities with reliable equipment with a quality guarantee:
- mobile solutions: container and modular gas stations for departmental use;
- fuel dispensers (FDPs): * new electronic FDPs for commercial and internal accounting;
- used fuel dispensers after major repairs with a 1-year warranty;
- spare parts for old-style dispensers;
- metrological accessories: sample measuring cups (from 10 l), meter rods, hydrometers, tape measures with a lot, water-sensitive and gasoline-sensitive pastes;
- pumping equipment: diesel and gasoline pumps (12V, 24V, 220V, 380V) and filtration systems (separators).

Accuracy of fuel and lubricant dispensing:
- strict adherence to methods for checking fuel and oil dispensers (GOST 8.045-80, GOST 8.220-76);
- use of exclusively exemplary metal measuring instruments that have passed metrological certification (GOST 8.400-80).

Technical serviceability and operation of equipment:
- carrying out work in accordance with the technical conditions for the operation of fuel stations (GOST 9018-82);
- implementation of a system of scheduled maintenance and repair (TOP) to minimize downtime of your equipment.

Work with tank farms and pipelines:
- ensuring anti-corrosion protection of main steel pipelines according to the GOST 25812-83 standard;
- operation and repair of tanks according to profile technical instructions;
- accurate calibration of tank trucks according to Instructions 36-55.

Storage and logistics of petroleum products:
- control of the processes of labeling, packaging and transportation of oil according to GOST 1510-84.
