Slavic maloizvestnye plant is one of the largest enterprises of Ukraine and the largest in our region for the production of lime and chalk. The plant produces: • Lime for steel production (lumps, quicklime) brand all-2. • Building lime (lumps, quicklime), grade IV-2. • Dry Radovan mix (packaged). • Chalk natural enriched brand of MMS-2 (packaged). The factory has a century-long history: beginning with the end of the 21st century, on the territory of modern Cherkasy village was developed Cretaceous career and founded the first melpomaen plants . To date, the company built in 1977 and covers an area of 129 ha. in addition, on a modern industrial site with two furnaces for lime production, the plant produces 15,000 tons of lime per month, a plot of grinding chalk to 4000 ton per month, establishing international cooperation, and the shops and departments of the plant operate 24 hours a day. At the same time, the plant employs a little more than a hundred people. The company has all necessary permits: permit for emission of polluting substances in atmospheric air, permit for special use of water, there is a separate storage of solid household and other wastes with subsequent transfer to specialized enterprises for recycling.
