”Termos” is a reliable partner in the storage and warehouse processing of products. The company specializes in providing cold storage rooms for rent and providing services for chilled and frozen products.
In May 2007, a modern class ”B” refrigeration terminal began operating in Lviv.

The refrigerated warehouse has a developed infrastructure, has access roads for motor transport and a favorable territorial location - near the Kiev highway. The ”Termos” warehouse is equipped with modern refrigeration equipment with an automated monitoring system, ozone-safe freon is used as a refrigerant. The territory of the warehouse complex is under 24-hour security. The warehouse is equipped with a video surveillance system, fire and security alarms.

The warehouse provides up to 60% of the needs of Lviv in ”cold” storage services.

Warehouse characteristics:
* total area: 16,000 m2;
* chamber area: from 300 m2 to 1100 m2;
* area for rent: from 150 m2;
* temperature regime: −18 ÷ −22 ºС; −2 ÷ −4 ºС; 0 ÷ +5 ºС;
* refrigeration equipment: FRASKOLD compressor units (Italy), TEKO assembly (Germany), ISE air coolers (Italy);
* operating mode: 24 hours a day;
* also: parking for vehicles with the possibility of recharging the refrigeration equipment of delivery vehicles, which is under guard;
* own transformer substation and two independent power supply lines.
