ROVEN CITY EMPLOYMENT CENTER

According to Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On Compulsory State Social Insurance in Case of Unemployment”, the types of provision and types of social services and according to this Law and the Law of Ukraine “On Employment” are:
- unemployment benefit, including its one-time payment for the organization of unemployed business activities;
- burial allowance in the event of the death of an unemployed person or a person who was in his care;
- vocational training or retraining, advanced training in institutions of vocational (vocational), vocational higher and higher education, including educational institutions of the state employment service, at enterprises, institutions, organizations;
- career guidance;
- search for a suitable job and assistance in finding employment, including by organizing public works for the unemployed in the manner prescribed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
- providing employers who employ citizens specified in the first part of Article 14 of the Law “On Employment of the Population” with compensation in accordance with Article 26 of the Law “On Employment of the Population”;
- providing employers - small businesses, employing the unemployed, compensation in accordance with Article 27 of the Law of Ukraine ”On Employment”;
- provision of a voucher to support the competitiveness of certain categories of citizens through retraining, specialization, advanced training in professions and specialties for priority types of economic activity in accordance with Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine ”On Employment”;
- implementation of measures to promote the employment of internally displaced persons in accordance with Article 24-1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Employment of the Population”;
- information and consulting services related to employment.

The State Employment Service is a centralized system of state institutions, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.

Today, the Service is an active intermediary in the labor market between employers and job seekers, it provides free of charge services for finding a suitable job and recruiting personnel, services for state social insurance in case of unemployment, and also pays material security in connection with the temporary loss of work .

The service is constantly being modernized and developed, taking care of improving the social protection of Ukrainian citizens from unemployment.
