Orders are fulfilled in three stages:
1) Pre-contractual: study of the regulatory legal framework of the customer, assessment of the state of documents and their volume;
2) Conclusion of the contract: work on the draft contract (the project is provided by the executor), division of work (part of the work can be performed by the customer’s employees), signing the contract, determining the workplace and storage location of the customer’s archival funds;
3) Execution of works: equipment of workplaces, selection of personnel of the executor, completion of equipment and consumables;
4) Payment for actually performed work is made by the customer on the basis of signed acts of performed work.

Each provided service is performed in accordance with the requirements of legislative and regulatory acts regulating the organization of the work of archives and archival units in Ukraine.
