Disk pumps DNT in a broad range of cases successfully replace screw, gear, peristaltic, piston, demanding frequent repair at flowing through of liquids with a great many solid (up to 50% by weight) an abrasive, very viscid or with gaseous inclusions. Are applied when pumping slimes (including oil and acid), silt and limy rainfall, the foaming liquids. Disk pumps DNT are extremely simple, designly differ from centrifugal a little. At repair only face consolidations change.

The pumping equipment is projected under specific objectives and service conditions of the customer that guarantees the most adequate solution of an objective both with engineering, and from the economic point of view.

Basic purpose of disk pumps DNT:

* flowing through of thick liquids where impeller pumps cannot be applied. Food: treacle, syrups, condensed milk, jam, ketchup, mayonnaise, glaze, puree, vegetable caviar; inedible: slimes, paper stock, tooth paste, cream, fuel oil;
* for the liquids containing suspensions, fibers both other weak and shot: weigh grains in water, a jam, a pellet, alburnum, wort, barmy settlings, vegetable oil with kieselguhr;
* careful not frothing flowing through. Food: melange, beer, kefir, sour cream, yogurt. Inedible: shampoo, gel, foaming agents. Express execution with smooth shovels;
* not damaging flowing through of liquids with particles, sensitive to hashing, crushing or stratifying: yogurt, fruit and vegetable canned food, jam, chocolate, juice with a pulp. Double face consolidation and use of the corresponding electric motor allows to pump out liquid from under a vacuum.
