MUKACHEVO BREWERY - Ukrainian production company. Today from malt, which produces the company produced beer brands: • ”Obolon”. • ”Lvivske”. • ZIP. • ”Radomyshl”. Mukachevo brewery was founded in 1701 by the Transylvanian Prince Ferenc Rakoczi II and became the first brewery in the Carpathian region. In 1728, became the property of count Schonborn, and in the course of 216 years, successfully brewed beer. In 1997, the plant was privatized with the formation of JSC ”Mukachevo brewery.” Renewal of fixed assets, purchase and commissioning of new facilities were given the opportunity to start operation of the plant for the production of pale and caramel malt, bakery products, grinding plant flour. Today, the plant produces light malt, which is brewed light Beers malt and caramel malt, which is the basis for the production of beer dark varieties. Making malt factory has got high rating, not only in Ukraine but also abroad by exporting it in Romania, Hungary, Poland and Russia. The company is dominant in the production of bakery products not only Mukacheve and Zakarpattia region. Waste from the production of malt and flour as well as additionally purchased feed barley, produced feed for fattening cattle.
