The creative staff of the Poltava Regional Philharmonic includes 6 artistic groups: Ukrainian folk orchestra ”Mamai”; Dmitry Akhsharumov Chamber Orchestra of the International Competition of Sacred Music; Laureate of International Folklore Festivals-Competitions, winner of the Grand Prix of the International Festival ”World of Music” (Italy) song and dance ensemble ”Poltava”; winner of the Grand Prix of the International Festival ”World of Music” (Italy) and winner of International Festivals and Competitions Concert Ensemble ”Churaivna”; pop ensemble ”Slavs”; winners of the Grand Prix of the International Competition-Festival of Folk Music ”Nuggets - 2011”, winners of International Festivals and winners of the All-Ukrainian competitions of kobza art of the trio of bandura players ”Vyshivanka”.
