Organizational structure aimed at the implementation of all construction and production of concrete products. ALC ”Chernivtsi house-building plant” operates on the construction market, providing people comfortable, safe and affordable housing.
ALC ” CHDBK ” is a powerful construction company, which owns modern methods of construction in seismic regions, which include the city of Chernivtsi.
Principal activity of the company - building construction and social and cultural facilities, manufacturing ready-mixed concrete and precast concrete, and construction of residential homes for sale to individuals and companies, intermediary services. The production base of the company consists of a concrete- soluble, reinforcing, molding, mechanical repair shops, warehouses for storage of building materials, automotive park and special equipment , laboratories for testing construction products and materials. The quality of products provided by highly skilled professionals, control laboratories. Average length of engineering workers is more than 10-20 years. Story Construction Company has more than 30 years and is highly successful. During this period, house-building plant built more than 47 thousand apartments.
