Today, the university teaches two main, theological and legal schools of Islam - Shafi and Hanafi. Currently, the University has only one faculty - Sharia and the foundations of religion. Profile disciplines: Islamic law (fih), interpretation of Qur’an (tafsir), ways of reading Qur’an (tajwid), persuasion of Muslims (aqida), Monotheism (Tawhid), Sufism (tasawwuf), culture of behavior (ahlyak), Arabic language and others

The spiritual power of the Kiev Metropolis extended to all dioceses formed on the lands of Kievan Rus.
